I wanted to like this more but the staff is not very responsive.

I would stay here again, (but maybe bring my own ice.) No fridge or microwave, so only a few hours worth before melting. Pretty nice place by Mexican standards and not bad by ours.

The whole overall experience was very good. The drinks were fine, it's not really that expensive (at least in American view), and the staff were all friendly. I have no complaints.

It's very reasonable price and the rooms are nice with a nice view. Casino below probably subsidizes that a bit. Very close to the border so you can make your getaway quickly.

They do have a nice open restaurant in the atrium and an espresso bar for hot water. (So get your own, they probably think.) Still no ice.

I asked for ice 3 times with no response. Hot water twice, nothing. It's almost not worth hoping they'll bring anything to your room.

Very pleasant check in and check out. Good service. But they didn't make clear that the continental breakfast was free, nor was it clear how to get it. Apparently you go and sit and order it, even though it appears that the only thing available is the buffet. That's a minor issue. The bed was nice and firm, although the pillows too tall and hard for me. Very large room but little furniture. In room coffee maker is nice. The A/C works well, but the heat blew cold air. There can be a bit of noise from the slot machines below. It's a nice hotel, but at $100 per night, mid-week, it's overpriced.

First, I will say that the hotel is beautiful with a lobby that is just stunning! Only one elevator seemed to be working and the rooms were clean, but the bed was too firm for me. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the casino

Very nice hotel, with a casino on the main floor. The rooms are very spacious along with the bathrooms. The staff is very helpful and kind. Came here with my mom and her only complain is that the coffee machines aren't that great, but she's a big coffee lover. Also, they are very accommodating! We brought medication that had to be refrigerated and we asked if they could supply us with a mini fridge, and 20 mins later it was at our door. We were surprised to see that it was not a mini fridge at all. It was much bigger than expected. The room has a great view too!
